01 / acceptance

Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using Synthetix, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These Terms cover public browsing, newsletter signup, contact submissions, content pages, and any advertising, affiliate, or sponsored placements that may appear on the site.

02 / service

What Synthetix provides

Synthetix publishes AI, software engineering, developer tooling, infrastructure, and technology coverage. The site may include evergreen articles, tutorials, news updates, source-backed summaries, generated editorial images, a newsletter, and a contact flow.

Public readers do not have accounts, comments, paid subscriptions, marketplace purchases, or public content-upload features at launch. Administration and authentication are limited to internal editorial and operations workflows.

03 / content rights

Content ownership and permitted use

Synthetix content, design, branding, and site materials are owned by Synthetix or its licensors unless a source credit says otherwise. External sources, images, libraries, and tools remain owned by their respective rightsholders.

You may read the site, link to pages, share page URLs, quote short excerpts with attribution, and keep personal non-commercial reference copies. You may not republish substantial portions, sell access to the content, remove credits, or copy the site's design, code, brand, or databases without permission.

04 / acceptable use

Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful, respectful, non-abusive purposes. Do not interfere with the site, misuse forms, manipulate traffic or ad behavior, or attempt to access systems that are not public.

These restrictions protect the publication, readers, infrastructure providers, source partners, and advertising or analytics systems when they are enabled.

  • No unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or infringing activity.
  • No scraping, harvesting, automated copying, or excessive requests that burden the site.
  • No unauthorized access, probing, security testing, malware, or circumvention.
  • No spam, abusive contact submissions, impersonation, or false source/correction claims.
  • No attempts to inflate ad views, ad clicks, search signals, newsletter signups, or other metrics.
  • No use of the site to misrepresent affiliation with Synthetix, Google, vendors, or sources.

05 / AI and accuracy

AI-assisted content and accuracy

Synthetix may use AI-assisted workflows for research organization, outlines, draft support, metadata, translation, categorization, source review, and editorial image preparation. AI support does not replace editorial responsibility, and final publication decisions remain human-owned.

Content is provided for general information and education. It is not legal, financial, medical, security, investment, or other professional advice. Technical tutorials, code, product references, release details, and news may become outdated or contain errors despite review.

You are responsible for independently verifying information before relying on it, deploying code, making purchases, changing infrastructure, or taking any other action based on site content.

07 / newsletter and contact

Newsletter and contact submissions

Newsletter signup requires an email address and consent. Confirmation, delivery, unsubscribe, suppression, and digest behavior are handled through the newsletter flow described in the Privacy Policy.

Contact submissions should be accurate, lawful, and relevant. Do not send spam, malware, confidential information you do not want reviewed, or content that infringes rights or violates someone else's privacy.

By sending a contact message, correction, source note, privacy request, sponsorship inquiry, or similar submission, you allow Synthetix to process and use it as needed to respond, moderate abuse, keep records, and operate the site.

08 / availability

Availability, changes, and liability limits

The site is provided as available. Synthetix may change, pause, remove, correct, redirect, or restrict any page, feature, newsletter flow, or access path when needed for editorial, security, operational, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Synthetix does not promise uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete availability, and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or reliance damages arising from site use.

Some laws do not allow certain warranty or liability limits. In those cases, the limits apply only to the maximum extent allowed.

09 / updates

Updates and contact

Synthetix may update these Terms when the site, vendors, monetization setup, newsletter behavior, content workflows, or legal requirements change. The last updated date and version show when this page changed.

For questions about these Terms, corrections, source concerns, copyright or intellectual property issues, privacy requests, advertising or sponsorship disclosures, contact hello@synthetix.ai or use the contact page.
